Today I baked both Lasagna and veggie burger patties. I spent no more than 2 hours for both cooking and cleaning. This is the first time I tried Eggplant Lasagna. I combined both the Eggplant Parmesan and Lasagna recipes together to make this dish. Overall it turned out very well. DH (Dear Husband) voted excellent for both the dishes and needless to say I'm very happy.
My hubby is not a great fan of thick burger. I'm fine as long as its healthy and tasty. Last time when I made bean burger, DH asked me to make thin burger instead of thick one. So, I tried thin burger this time.
I really loved these burger patties. They're soft, crispy and very thin. Has all the features that DH mentioned. So, I believe we'll be making these burgers very often. I'll write my burger recipe tomorrow.
