Healthy Recipe: Quick and Easy Baked Tofu

Though I'm not a fan of Tofu, I try to add it in our meal frequently. Tofu is very healthy (low calories and high protein) and gives enough nutrition to the body. That made me to try new Tofu recipes which don't give Tofu taste.
Here is one of our family favorite recipe. Its an appetizer. But I add it in my casserole for the rich taste.

Baked Tofu

Ingredients:
Firm/Extra firm Tofu
Soy Sauce
Your favorite Sauce for marination
Garlic cloves
Italian Seasoning
Parsley flakes
Paprika
Fresh Lime
Ziploc bag
1 tbl spoon of Yogurt
Salt - to taste
Chili powder - to taste

Procedure:
- Wrap a few paper towels around the Tofu block & gently try to squeeze out as much water as possible.
- Cut the Block into 1.5 inch cubes or rectangles.
- Put all the other ingredients except Lime in a Ziploc bag and mix well
- Add the Tofu in the Ziploc and mix well
- Keep it in the Refrigerator for 1 hour
- Using a baking pan, bake the cubed for 15-25 mins in 400 degree F.
- Take them out and let them cool.
- Squeeze some lemon juice on them and relish.
