Exercise Everyday: Day 3

I did half an hour elliptical and a little bit of cycling today. I want to use treadmill and other weight lifting tools. But the problem is, treadmill is not working in my apartment gym. Since all the equipments are pretty old in the fitness center, I'm afraid to even touch the weights. (One of my friends smashed his finger by using an old fitness equipment in his apartment. Since then I'm little concerned).

Anyway, I felt pretty good after coming back from gym. I don't have weighing machine in my apartment. So, I can't measure how much I'm weighing right now. In a way its good because I don't want to set any expectation. My goal is to do some physical activity everyday. But if I set the goal, I may feel demotivated If I didn't loose any weight after 21 days.

Today I had orange-banana smoothies (believe me, it's damn good) for breakfast. Had a light lunch, and strawberries, 1 dosa & yogurt lassi for dinner. I'm not feeling hungry right now. but I'll grab some carrot sticks after an hour or so.
