Exercise Everyday: Day 4

Yesterday I worked out for 40 mins. I want to work out an hour at least. But I want increase it gradually. I did both cycling and elliptical. I like elliptical better than treadmill because you sweat a lot and it's a whole body workout.

Yesterday meals:
Morning I had orange banana smoothie, lunch was rice and carrot sticks, and dinner was veg biriyani. I met my friend in the evening. We wanted to go for our favorite biriyani place in Dallas.
