
Today I had smoothie and a whole wheat bagel for breakfast; rice, curry, and carrot sticks for lunch; and pizza for dinner.
I did 50 minutes workout today, which made me even more tired.
How about you? Did you work out yesterday? - please keep in mind this series is mainly encouraging people like me to do some physical activity everyday. I'm not perfect. I'm hoping that these series will help us be more disciplined and organized.
