Anyways, I did half an hour cycling and 15 mins elliptical yesterday and 30 mins elliptical today. I had smoothie and a whole wheat bagel in both the mornings. Yesterday I had whole wheat paste in the afternoon and egg dosa in the evening.
Today, I had whole wheat roti + lentil in the afternoon and 9 grain bread with hash brown for dinner.
