I set 3 hours yesterday to cook for the whole week. I started the cooking around 3 PM and finished it 15 mins before 6 PM and spend 1/2 hour washing utensils and cleaning the whole kitchen.
Below are the thing I've cooked for the week:
Gopi Korma
Carrot Sambar (Carrot Lentil Curry)
Brussel Sprouts Subzi
Potato Korma
Carrot Curry (Dry)
Eggplant Curry (semi-dry)
Cooked Lentil (for next week cooking)
Chocolate chips cookie
I forgot to include carrot curry in the picture above. I'll freeze all the subzi and curry except the dry ones (they won't taste good after freezing) and defrost them whenever needed.
I made chocolate chip cookies and carrot curry on Saturday itself while preparing lunch.
I bought the Nestle chocolate cookie dough using the free coupon available few months ago. I couldn't finish the whole cookie dough last time (before it expires). So, I froze the remaining dough and used it this time.
Last week I made Banana, Blueberry muffin. But we had almost all of it last week itself. It's on my list next week.
I made sprouts using green gram lentil. I already made green gram lentil pancake dough (aka pesarattu) for the week. I froze the remaining sprouts for next week cooking. I'll post the green gram lentil pancake recipe soon.
