Cook n Bake Day 2: Scones and Whole Wheat Tortilla
I love seeing my well stocked freezer after a long time. I don't feel so tired with my cook n bake as I make only 2 dishes every day. If you are working full time, this way wouldn't work for you. But if you are at home and doesn't want to work the whole day in kitchen, you may prefer this method. I finished the hardest part of my baking list today. So, I'm sure I can finish the rest of the dishes in 2 days.
I used cranberry scones recipe from here and I'm pleased with the result. Also, I used my whole wheat tortilla recipe. The only change is, I used a bigger lid to get the shape of regular tortilla.
Including few left over tortillas, I'm sure this will be enough for more than 6 meals. DH (Dear Husband) is a great fan of Scones. So, I try to make it once in a while. I made scones full of 1 lb ziploc bag. I'm sure this will come for more than a month.
I have to make pizza dough (of course, its not a dish), vegetable puffs, french beans casserole, Hard pretzel, blueberry muffins and dosa (indian pancake) dough.
