One day monthly baking doesn't work for me. Instead, I prefer baking one week. I'll do one or 2 every day for the whole week. That way, I have plenty of time to do all other works and I won't feel bored by the whole day cooking
I never had time to cook for the past 2 week because of Boston trip and lot of other things after Boston trip. So, we almost emptied the freezer. Now its time to cook&bake.
Below is the list of cooking I'm planning to do this week:
- Cook Pasta and Freeze it ( for easy paste dinner) 3 servings
- Cranberry scones (My husband loves it. I bought 4 packs for Cranberries for $0.99 each from Aldi last week.)
- Cranberry/Blueberry Muffins
- Veggie burger patties (with lot of vegetables and sweet potatoes)
- Hard Pretzel (Its my Husband's favorite. I add different flavors in it and freeze)
- French Bean Casserole (Bought 2 LB french bean for $2.5 in Sams Club last week)
- Pizza dough
- Veggie puff (seasoned veggies in pastry wrap)
- Eggplant Lasagna (Already boiled the noodle sheets.)
- Dosa Dough (Indian Pancake dough)

can you post the recipe for the cranberry scones?
they sound great!
Do you have a section on your blog for the Cook n Bake recipes? Could you post the Hard pretzel recipe?
I'll post the recipes once I'm done with my baking. You can check the healthy recipes link at the top right side for more recipes.

I agree with the baking once a week. I have done the OAMC, but it is really too much since I work full-time outside the home. I like to cook one day for several meals.
