Exercise Everyday: A 21 Days Attempt

I've been thinking about this attempt for a while. I used to be very lean. But not anymore. I don't feel as confident as before and I'm too conscious to wear some of my favorite clothes. But that's not the only reason why I started this challenge. I'm not doing any physical activity nowadays. The excuse is "I'm very tired today. I will do tomorrow for sure". Even some of my friends use the same excuse for skipping exercise.

Why 21 days?
If you have read the book called "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari" you knew what is that 21 days rule is.

If you follow a routine continuously for 21 days, it will become a part of your life. You don't have to TRY to do it anymore. You'll unknowingly follow the routine after 21 days.

The Exercise Everyday attempt is a 21 days series. I'm going to write a post about my progress every day for the next 21 days. My goal is to stick to the plan for the next 21 days and let it be a part of my everyday routine after the challenge. If you find this interesting, please feel free to join me.

All you have to do is, respond to the poll in each exercise everyday post at the end of the day. How will we feel if we choose YES everyday for the next 21 days? :)

The goal is to do some physical activity everyday. Even a 1/2 hour brisk walk would work. The only restriction would be to skip fat foods 6 days a week in the next 21 days. (we can be little lenient on that remaining one day a week).
