Exercise Everyday Weekly Challenge

Yet another week has started. Are you ready for the exercise everyday event?

Last month I ran a 21 days exercise everyday challenge (you need to do some work out for at least 1/2 hour everyday). Even though I didn't work out on all the 21 days, I completed it fairly successfully by going 17 out of 21 days.

From this week onwards, the challenge will be to work-out at least 4 days a week, every week. At the end of every week, I'll post my accomplishment and a link box to share your accomplishments. I believe this challenge will make us committed to the work-out schedule.

This challenge is not solely focusing on weight loss, even though weight loss is a part of it. I'm mainly focusing on healthy living.

Result of my 21 days exercise everyday challenge: I didn't check my weight at the end of the challenge. But all my friends and family noted the difference and told me that I became toned and I look wonderful. The sad part is, I went to gym only one day last week. Here I am again with another, on-going challenge.
